MECI, Inc. was formed on October 1, 1995 as a support-only entity, providing contract services to machine tool builders, importers and end users nationwide. Our machine tool sales department formed several years later, primarily due to strong customer demand for products as reliable as our services. Our service background gives us the unique ability to understand the importance of strong after-sale support. All of our technical and applications personnel worked for machine tool manufacturers prior to joining us, so our service and support offerings are builder-level. The service people we employ are, without exception, factory trained and certified.
